Hotaru appears at the end of Sailor Moon S and is Chibi Usa's(Rini's) friend. Her father, Professor Tomoe, is one of the badguys in Sailor Moon S. She is the youngest of the outer senshi and very powerful.

She is my favorite of the outer senshi and develops a freindship with Chibi Usa (Rini) in Sailor Moon S and Sailor Moon Super S. Aren't they cute?!
