The Outer Senshi are the four scouts whose planets are on the outer edges of the universe. Sailor Uranus, Sailor Neptune, Sailor Pluto, and Sailor Saturn. The Outer Senshi are more powerful than the Inner Senshi individually, but the Inner Senshi are a team which makes up for individual weakness. The Outer Senshi are also devoted to protecting the Moon Princess and Earth.
